Three years. Two blockchain ecosystems. The world's biggest art fair.

What started with Tezos became a blueprint. In 2021 and 2022 we brought blockchain to Art Basel for the first time — designing a totally new kind of exhibition that introduced NFTs and generative art to traditional collectors and patrons who had never held a crypto wallet. For many, it was their first exposure to what blockchain could actually do for artists and buyers alike.

By 2023, we took it further with Solana. We conceived an Artists in Residence experience where three artists from around the globe — a generative coder, an anonymous digital artist, and a mixed-medium oil painter — came together to create live from the gallery floor. Tech didn't feel cold. The ecosystem felt human. Collectors, patrons, and brands engaged with the Solana artist community in a way the space had never seen before.

Both activations were supported by holistic comms strategies, paid and organic social, content studios, landing pages, email campaigns, and video storytelling that extended the experience far beyond the event itself.
